Why can't I connect to the APP?
Please agree to the permission to use this APP. When connecting to the APP. the mobile phone system may prompt that there is no network connection. but it does not mean that the connection fails; please click the APP to connect the device.
Why is memory card not recognized?
When a new memory card is used for the first time. the machine will prompt you to format the memory card by long pressing the camera button. then just follow the prompts. Only a small number of memory cards can be used directly without formatting.
How to format card?
Press and hold the Photo button. the camera will automatically format the memory card. and the camera will give a prompt sound "Formatting complete".
Why can't I connect to WiFi?
Please provide the serial number on the label at the bottom of the machine you purchased so that we can confirm your product and provide you with an upgrade software to reconnect to WiFi.
How to reset it?
The reset button is under the HD cover. with an R next to it. poke it with a pin.
