1.The XIM MATRIX and XIM MATRIX Manager must be the same version.

2.Make sure that Bluetooth permission is enabled on the device you are using with the Manager app. (Some PCs may need to purchase a separate Bluetooth receiver.)

I want to update the XIM Matrix firmware. but my PC can't recognize it. What should I do?

If you are having trouble upgrading the firmware on your PC. try the following troubleshooting steps:

1.Restart your PC.

2.Try a different USB port on your PC.

3.Try a different USB cable.

4.Boot in safe mode. 5.Try a different PC.

If the iOS XIM MATRIX Manager beta is full. please prioritize the PC or Android versions. You will have to wait for the official or next beta release from XIM.

Why does my PS5 Remote Play disconnect after connecting successfully? What should I do?

Connect your PS5 via LAN and forget all Wi-Fi networks in settings. as it may still use Wi-Fi. Reset your network by unplugging your PS5. modem. and router for 2 minutes. Note: Poor network connections can cause delays and lags.

Why is the LED flashing red or the App crashing?

Red LED usually indicates power issues (try different USB) or firmware mismatch. Fix App crashes by updating both App & firmware. Most issues are setup-related. not hardware defects.
