If you cannot connect to the APP for the first time. please try to close the APP and re-enter the APP.Or please reach us and we will send you a upgraded WIFI system software to reconnect the wifi with your device.
Why can't I connect to the APP?
Please agree to the permission to use this APP. When connecting to the APP. the mobile phone system may prompt that there is no network connection. but it does not mean that the connection fails; please click the APP to connect the device.
Why is SD card not recognized?
Please format the SD card for the first time use. You'll need to buy a brand-name cardthat fits these requirement: microSD U3 A2. microSDHC U3 A2. or microSDXC U3 A2. Rated Classv30. UHS-3 or higher for bettercapable of meeting the demands of EP8.
How to format SD card?
Press and hold the Photo button. the camera will automatically format the SD card. and the camera will give a prompt sound "Formatting complete".
If the EP8 cannot be turned off or freezes. please try to be reset the EP8 camera. And how to reset it?
The reset button is under the HD cover. with an R next to it. poke it with a pin. And also check the SD card. take the SD card off and then reset the camera.
